Yes, you are right. But, Govt failed right from the begninning by signing contract with waste collectors. It was a job for cronies. Again, instead of wasting money on Senchi, something useful could have been done that money. ...

Again, instead of wasting money on Senchi, something useful could have been done that money. If Govt will waste money unnecessarily, then, it must be used to the benefit of all, even if it will mean buy water for every household. After all, it is taxpayers money and Mahama has lost priority and has no idea what to do. He hasn't paid some teachers for two years but still go about promising heaven and hell. The waste must be dumped right in his bedroom.
