  So what took you so long to go after these criminal Chinese environmental polluters and their up-to-no-good Ghanaiain accomplices?
  
  Jail all who engage in these illegal activities for a minimum of 5 years and for all the guilty foreigners, let their embassies foot the bill for their upkeep while their in our prisons and deport them right after they serve their jail terms.
  
  There have to be some very draconian rules to discourage people from poisoning our rivers and streams, killing our forests and farms. Our natural environment should be protected at all cost.
  
  No foreigner can go to China and start prospecting for any mineral illegally and see the light of day for the remainder of his/her life. That person would be thrown into a dungeon prison for life.
  
  They come over here and flout our laws and regulations and get away with it because our politicians and those put in charge to protect our natural resources are so corrupt.
  
  Have some "backbone" and protect our natural resouces from these maurauders.
