This is the worst arrangement so far. What motivated cocobod to begin such a useless arrangement? The DCE were more serious than the officers whose interest is to divert the inputs. Look at what happened at Offinso last year. The Jacobu MOFA directors (past and present) have been stealing the CODAPEC in puts since the district was carved from Bekwai. This is to make the officers rich overnight.

What has happened to the free mass spraying exercise that is supposed to control disease and improve the quality of our beans? Like the free or subsidized spraying chemicals,the free fertiliz ...

What has happened to the free mass spraying exercise that is supposed to control disease and improve the quality of our beans? Like the free or subsidized spraying chemicals,the free fertilizer would find its way to the Asafo and Central Markets in no time at all!
