As long as we tap into the resources of both the diaspora and home i am confident there is no problem we cant fix or sustainable solution we can not implement to give our people a better standard and future . Omanhene kwasea pepeni Mahama in his small-mindedness, tribalism saturated with mistrust and hate for the Akans fueled by the ayigbe treachery has appointed incompetent fools who would collapse any economy be it the USA , Germany , Japan or Canada . In fact the caliber of his favorites are so weak i doubt they could manage even a roadside chop bar for week successfully talk less an economy of 25 million strong. NDC's experiment with leadership from the north will cost them dearly as Ghanians will never again trust a northerner no matter which party fields them and they will be lucky if the party doesnt totally disintegrate into nothingness . The basic principle of democracy is to enable the active participation of the majority thus tapping into the potentials of the majority and secures the unity and progress of the people , pepeni has deviously managed to sideline the influence of the Akans and the majority of all Ghanians so is in effect and illegitimate govt that's only focused on robbing and stealing , to hell with everything else as he simply doesn't care about what he knows doesn't belong to him . He is a traitor and no indemnity clause should save him from his reckless selfishness and corruption but should be made to answer and be punished adequately either through the courts or lynching him in the streets. yes its time for a bloody uprising or war to rid us of this menace forever . His ministers are not only stupid but retarded so must also be hung from the highest tree tops for not resigning when they knew they could not perform or had no plans . Their families and children should also be bdeaten up for enjoying while the rest of the nation suffered . We all know that there is no way pepeni will see the end of his mandate without a serious conflict or peacefully talk less of even attempting a de facto third term. one thing we now all know is that the ayigbe and pepefuo have a set of values and mindset which is incompatible with the rest of us and its a mistake to remain in the same country with them so we should split the country either peacefully through negotiations or with a war whichever comes first .

He is one individual due to his own parochial interest is dividing the party . He ran away from his night watchman's job in London using this GAKE nonsense as a meal ticket to gain political appointment and secure his financial future in an Alan Kyerematten Presidency.

Even if he succeeds in getting the nomination for Alan, it will be a battle won and losing the war or a pyrrhic victory as his campaign has insulted an elder like Nana in the party I don't see Nana supporters turning out enthusiastically to vote for Alan in the general election.

Though I disagree with Katakyie's modus operandi, especially when his current views are inconsistent with what he subscribed to until he changed course. He did not only campaigned for Nana Akufo-Addo throughout the 2012 presidential campaign as well as during the petition but also called himself "Free SHS Ambassador". It's strange he has turned 180 degrees to argue against the same candidate and policies he was prepared to die for.

By the way, I do not see any personal attacks on Nana Akufo-Addo by Katakyie in this report. Are the attacks the fact of his age, describing him as a spent force or the allegation of manipulation of the 2010 NPP Flagbearership election? Form what we now know that Jake and Sir John ceded their responsibilities as Chairman and General Secretary respectively to Nana Akufo-Addo, is it not possible that the 2010 NPP flagbearership election was manipulated?

The fact still remains that Nana Akufo-Addo still has massive support within the NPP and will easily beat Alan in any contest. All Katakyie can do is providing ammunition for Nana Akufo-Addo's opponents in 2016.

I'm not sure what Sarpong does for a living but I don't think that alone makes him or anyone else a better person than Katakyie is because he's 'only' a "watchman" . Alan is a very weak candidate for President and I'm certain he'll be an easy prey for the well-oiled NDC propaganda machinery.
What more can Katakyie and his group say about Nana that have not been already said? The problem for the NPP is that it will go to battle against the ruling NDC a very divided and battle-weary party if its two dueling factions don't start behaving like matured politicians.

Even the most Professorial of Nana's supporters, the prolific, most eloquent Okoampa-Ahoofe Jr., did not waste time to drag Allan through filth, soon after it became clear Allan was going to contest the Flagbearership.

So, please, call for calm and don't inflame the situation with personal attacks on Okatakyie and Co., either. Only if all could stay within Civil boundaries would the NPP find the unity necessary to clinch the Presidency. It is most unfortunate that the era of Victor Owusu versus Paa Willie is visiting upon the NPP again, now.

If this continues beyond the end of this year, NPP should just prepare to wait for another restless 4 years in Opposition.

You should be more conciliatory and forceful in pointing out the cost of such vitriolic attacks on the potential candidates, rather than doing exactly what you consider wrong for others to do.

I have already noted the 2016 is all NPP's to lose.

We need to hear about what they can do different from what Nana did that made him to fail in order to convince us to vote for their candidate. Anything short of a laid down and calculated plans to convince us will be just a "hot air",it has no substance. They know Nana is the candidate to beat and not Alan and they should do well in order not to damage the chances of NPP in 2016 by painting Nana black since whoever wins the nomination should be supported.

Alan lost twice to Nana Addo and his disappointments have turned him into a sore loser. His latest everything is on the table strategy for power is not only bound to fail but it has dire consequences for the party he wants to lead in order to realize his presidential ambition. Alan cannot claim to love the NPP if his actions are inimical to the survival of the party. Fighting a bitter internal battle just before going to war with a formidable foe is not only stupid but suicidal. It'll leave the party too disorganized, bruised and battle fatigued to survive the onslaught of a ruthless power-hungry opponent. Why can't Alan realize that even in the most unlikely scenario of his emergence as the eventual winner of the NPP primaries he cannot count on the votes of Nana's supporters?
Alan does not possess the solid resume to become the transformational president this country deserves at this time of its history. The nation cannot afford another John Mahama presidency.

Nana is not ordained by God to be the only qualified candidate the NPP could offer for the Presidency. Meanwhile, many of his supporters have always been deplorably denigrating Allan for a long time.

Now that Okatakyie and others for Allan are hitting back, they are being portrayed as criminals of some sort. Come on! Just let anyone of good conscience go back and check how many attacks pro-Nana folks have unleashed on Allan since he declared his intention to run.

Nana is no saint who is beyond reproach. Yet, his supporters have been aggressively scheming to enthrone him as some monarch in NPP.

These insults from both camps should stop. And no one should be given any special treatment by the NPP at the expense of the other competitors, prior to the primaries.
