  In the early 80' under the ERP 1 and the ERP 2 you, the world Bank and IMF had a golden opportunity to transform Ghana and for that matter the society and make it a model for developing nations. Rather you cooked the books and implemented the above mentioned programs.You have transformed the sub- region into a jungle where corruption, armed robbery etc is the order. Professional like you couldn't have made such an error not knowing what you were doing.

  To the World Bank Board of Directors, much as Ghanaians appreciate your sincere concern about welfare of Ghanaian children and approved US$50 million credit line to the Government of Ghana, I am appealing to you as a concerned Ghanaian to not just dole out the money to the corrupt Mahama government without World Bank's independent audit of documents our Government will submit to you as supporting expenses for which they'll ask for reimbursement from the $50 million credit line.
  Secondly, World Bank, you'll do Ghanaian public a big favor if you dole out the credit money in piecemeal rather than in a lump sum to our government.
  Lastly, we do not trust our government when it comes to disbursement and expenditures of public funds.
