  Unlike Atuguba's court that wholly accepted PINK SHEETS without signatures, the Financial High Court is showing some credibility.

This is a way to just annul credible votes. By doing so, they would have disfrachised many voters. No non-corrupt and law-abiding Judge would have allowed that to happen. By the way, do not compare the two issues; they are totally different from each other.

  Ghana is in a mess and there appears to be no way out except a military coup and a military court to deal with these crooks. The strategy of the stealers is to cause undue delays
  in the legal process and the bribed judges are responsible for these delays.

  'THE PRESIDING OFFICER, THE CANDIDATES OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AND, IN THE CASE OF A REFERENDUM THE PARTEIES CONTESTING OR THEIR AGENTS AND POLLING AGENTS IF ANY, SHALL THEN SIGN A DECLARATION STATING -
  (a) THE POLLING STATION; AND
  (B) THE NUMBER OF VOTES CAST IN FAVOUR EACH CANDIDATE OR QUESTION
  AND THE PRESIDING OFFICER SHALL, THERE AND THEN ANNOUNCE THE RESULTS OF THE VOTING AT THE POLLING STATION BEFORE COMMUNICATING THEM TO THE RETURNING OFFICER'.
  The question then is:-
  Where all the party representatives attest to the veracity of the elections by signing the sheets for for unknown reasons the PRESIDING OFFICER did not sign the sheets, should the election at that polling station be declared NULL AND VOID?. Definitely NOT!
  Whose attestation is more AUTHENTIC?. The party representatives or the Presiding Officer?.
  Of course the party representatives who have greater interest in the validity of the results.
  The NPP have DELIBERATELY decided to obliterate the signature of the Party Representatives to hide the truth for the benefit of their mainly uneducated members who only understand 'TSOO BOI'.

By now they should have at their disposal all necessary documentation. Also I cannot believe that it will take the ministry of sports weeks to retrieve the supposed letter. this is a complete joke. The judge in my opinion should have rejected the unsigned letter produced by Woyome and insisted on a properly signed one. All parties to the case are not doing mother Ghana any good. i think NDC govt is behind all this as they want Woyome, their financier, freed.
