  Trade Fair site is a zoned commercial area. As such the land is worth millions of dollars and a broke national government that cannot pay its way for the delivery of electric power to the nation or pay its civil servants on time and on schedule does not need to hold on to a real estate it has not developed and or paid for its outright ownership. Asking the government to pay would imply or impress upon some in the current government that this debt is a priority in the current scheme of things and we know better. We also know that these are debts that have been around and should be around the necks of NPP since most NPP membership of the old order like to claim credit for the 1966 coup; they've not done well paying debts that come with the good they like to claim.
