  i hope this fund if brought under the control of these associations will not be used to pay huge salaries and other benefits of the so called elected fund managers.

  i hope this fund if brought under the control of these associations will not be used to pay huge salaries and other benefits of the so called elected fund managers.
  
  i am yet to see any tangible benefits accruing to members of the HSWU apart from salary negotiations that the executives engage in from time to time.
  
  most of them retire as paupers and die in miserable conditions while some people feed on their sweat and contributions.

  One family wondered why banks in Ghana don´t print a schedule of howloans should be paid like lets say a constant amount to be paid every month over lets say 8 years.
