    SINCE EVERY ONE IN CURRENT GENERATION WAS BORN IRRIGATION BEEN THERE BUT LAZINESS OF GHANA LEADERS KEEP IMPORTING COMMON RICE WHICH GROW IN THE TROPICS TYPICAL STUPIDITY.
