  Most Ghanaians don't apply hand brake when they are stationery. Most of them prefer engaging the first gear.

  It is not for any reason that trucks carry chucks with them. Next time use one before you attempt repairing a truck. RIP!

  Artisans should be taken through BASICS of RISK ASSESSMENT, and how to mitigate Risks before embarking on any task. MPs should take this up!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP.

  The process how artisans are trained is a joke. The apprentice only learns as much as the master...and he may not know much !

  If you leave this to the government, corruption will step in. Artisan will be asked to pay a bribe to get an official certificate....just like the DVLA.

  The deceased acted foolishly and carelessly and consequently paid dearly for it,however it is the general practice nationwide but no lesson as usual will be drawn from this calamity

  And another thing, I wonder how a disabled truck can shift into reverse; that will require a driver's involvement. It probably disengaged from what ever "gear" position to neutral. And the front tire run over him over.
