This what happens when management of the country or any country's serious affairs is handed over to out of college, inexperienced, never worked in their lives, boys and girls like vicky h, okudjeto a, fifi k and other junior ministers to run government while the real substantial ministers sit back and look on, enjoying their goat head light soup, teas, whiskys, fat cars, fat houses, fat wives and girlfriends and for the mean time Ghanaians should go to hell with all the promises to do this and that.

In a nutshell, Mahama dr do little and his ndc have not delivered the numerous promises they made; they have been dishonest and like Obama said the buck stops with the president. The CEO of corporate brand Ghana is Mahama and if managers are not delivering he should have the balls of a leader to sack them; that is leadership.

Mahama is here as president but not as a leader. He is there to create jobs for members of the looting brigade. It is sad that those of us or Ghanaians who are qualified to serve Ghana will never get a look in because we are not members of any party and jobs today are given on party membership lines. Another solution is to advise the president to privatize those organizations and the government be the watch dog and monitor them. That might ease the problems. Why not give it a try? You see, the USA and some Europe countries Water, Electricity and other facilities are managed or contracted to private companies. If the companies do not serve the citizens up to their expectation, the government will assign the contract to different companies. A system should be set without corruption that way everybody can follow it. And those who violates it should be punished regardless of their position. President Mahama should be hard with Ghanaians. Let the rules work for every Tom and Harry in Ghana. This is not family matter; jail if the person deserves it. period. If the president wants his administration to succeed he has to be strict and wicked.

In such a case nobody will have to appeal to the President to remove corrupt and inefficient public servants which is currently endemic in our public institutions. Better still privatize all current public organs with the exception of the security services, foreign affairs and a few such areas where it is a must for the government to run.

The idea of holding the Exec. of state institutions accountable to the present situation is correct.
But that is not the work of the ordinary citizens. That is the reason why we have a President who is the Chief Exec of all state institutions. He has responsibility to see to it that the Exec. of state institutions deliver. He has the power to hire and fire them. And if he cannot do just that because they are his party members, then the citizen of this country have the right to hold him accountable. I bet, if we should look into it carefully, we may find that the Gov. might not have done her bit of making the state institutions function.
Now are you defending June 4th madness?
The June 4th Uprising was never a revolution but a military mutiny against the state. FULL STOP!
So Ghanaians should stop calling it a revolution because we make mockery of ourselves and it is really very shameful. Everywhere in history revolutions are carried out by the civilians: The French Revolution for example.
Which accountability are you talking about?
They should stop throwing sand in the people eyes. Where are the 'moneys' they collected during the June 4th military madness?
The hoarding and profiteering at that time could have been resolved with just little economics. They could hide goods because there were not enough commodities in the market and definitely the market force could take advantage. Just importing enough goods into the market could have collapse the businesses of the hoarders. You don't need that killing and disrespect for human life. The sad thing in all African countries is that we don't value human lives. This June 4th madness was the most shameful human tragedy on the African continent perpetrated by black to black before the genocide of Rwanda. Yet, Ghanaians go to the streets to celebrate it. Was Ghana not the first African country to attain independence from wicked colonial rule of the British? What a shame !
The June 4th Military mutiny brought about disorder in this country; and this current indiscipline is the product of the June 4th madness. The painful truth is that it did not chage anything and we are worse than ever before. They took the law of this county into their own hands and carried out their selective justice and their tribal killings.
Pre. Kuffour wanted to create a peaceful environment to develop Ghana when he came to power so he initiated the Reconciliation Process. That was a good idea and well thought because anything apart from that could have trigger the nation into civil war.
But let it be clear to all Ghanaians that the problem was just push under the carpet for the sake of peace. Everyone of them will be made accountable for their wicked deeds. Very soon there will be a movement to bring them to international court of justice, if the Ghana Gov. won't bring them to justice. They will be accountable for every citizen that lost his/her life through their action and deeds. They will not forever be protected by this bogus constitution. I will spend every cent I have to make this happen at my life time, so God willing.
And let me remind them, the perpetrator of human atrocities during Nazi era are still being hunted and prosecuted.
I hope the Dear Lord would give them long live to experience bitter fruits of their wicked intentions and deeds. The pay-day is still pending.
They MUST tell us where they left the lost SOULS of our great nation.

Lastly but not the list, I do not agree with Alhaji that Ghanaians should leave Mahama alone whereas things keeps on falling apart.
Mahama is simply not a presidential material after he has been tested for almost ten years. He is weak and lukewarm, and must be voted out for
a competent person in his own party to step in. There are many men and women in the NDC who qualify as presidential materials too. After all we are all Ghanaians, and as such should be able to hold our leaders accountable for poor governance. May GOD save GHANA.

And the President, in turn, is accountable to the people of Ghana.

So, if any of the institutions are not performing well, first you sack the relevant ministers who are responsible for the non performing state institutions. Ghana is one of the very few countries that reward inefficiency. For I have never seen or heard of a head of an institution being sacked for poor performance.
Anyway, Mahama is the CEO of Ghana therefore the bucks stop with him all the failings of Ghana Plc.

The President should sit up and see who is working and who is not and replace them; and that includes his Ministers and deputy minister who, to me, some of them are not even fit to be shoe shine boys. Some one like Nii Lamptey Vanderpuje whom he replaced was not fit to be appointed as a deputy minister in the first place. Some one like Okudjeto Ablakwa should not have been in government. All these boys have no experience to be in such positions, yet Mahama has appointed them; so he should be blamed and no one else.
