The shopping Mall should not necessarily cater for foreign goods. It can also cater for made in Ghana goods. This will encourage local manufacturers to produce good quality goods for domestic consumption.

Similarly, if the market women and the potential mall is to survive and be profitable, they should do something innovative Accra does not do. This will help increase sales volume and subsequently revenue.

An ignorant person. Do not compare the cost of estate development in London to that in Kumasi. Does this ignoramus know the cost of a commercial site of one acre in London to that in Kumasi? Does this guy also know the cost of labour in London and several others factors which go into commercial estate development. Some materials will be bought in the same market the London developer bought his materials at the same price. The difference will be the extra cost in shipping/freight and customs duty which make the London price a bit cheaper. At the end of it all the London developer will pay more per square foot/meter than his Kumasi counterpart.
