  Is La cote d'Ivore a producer of rice? Definitely not. The big guys who import rice in La Côte d'Ivoire are these Lebanese cartels who have hijacked the rice imports into La Côte d'Ivoire with the support of some political miscreants in that country. Indeed what these guys do is to import the rice through this country whose tax levels are very low and then carry them by land into Ghana. Let any Ghanaian who reads this piece be informed that if La Côte d'Ivoire should take any economic sanctions against Ghana because of this, then it is one of the Lebanese economic imperialism which some of their economic miscreants are foisting on Ghana and we must resist it to the letter

  Why do we preach one and do another? Quite recently I heard the President say, it was good West African state removes barriers so as to facilitate free movement of goods and services. Why then should his ministers o even the worse thing? If we can easily trade among ourselves as West African Countries, then what are the benefits ECOWAS conferences held by Heads of States of the Sub Region?

If you want to check for accuracy pay your custom officer good that will eliminate bribery and your taxes will be assessed correctly.
