  The NHIS has collapsed under the Mahama led NDC gov't. It's now effectively the cash and carry suicide system, where the inability to provide the money upfront for medical services means your family should be preparing your coffin for six feet under. Under the Mahama led NDC gov't, incompetence and corruption on a mass and grand scale is resulting in mass murder and genocide, with the effects being felt particularly in the Ashanti region, as a result of capitation. Ghana is currently stewing and feeling the pangs of a failed state and a banana republic under the aegis of the Mahama led NDC gov't, with absolutely no end in sight. The e de bee k3k3 emptiness we are afraid is in full flight to the abyss of retrogression.
