  This is serious. Something must be done to salvage the situation. Children will be writing BECE sooner. The community should contact other organizations and ngos to help them. Recently a NGO has sponsored a public toilet for Duakor. Such efforts need to be commended by the authorities and government, so that they can do more. The Abakam people can ask for assistance from other NGOs and private entities.
