That said, the huge judgment debts this government paid was the result of these delays in having money to pay contractors. Make sense? To NDC, yes.

For your information, Kufuor started this road using the tax-payers'' money NOT a loan. Kufuor never mis-used the tax money collected under his administration and rather applied it to development projects! remember the NDC said you can not use tax money for such big development?

Kufuor believed otherwise, because the moneys from foreign sources are also tax money!! Kufuor did NOT dish out tax moneys to cronies like Woyome as the NDC have been doing!

Above all, remember, the NDC suspended all the projects when they took over the nation's administration. The suspension incurred costs, yes, costs for Idling of equipment,. They suspended payments which also incurred costs, yes, Interests on Delayed Payments, etc, etc!!

The US$60.0million are therefore fore not just for work done , but also costs for the reckless actions they took?

See? So where does Kufuor come in?? Can we be civil enough, and talk with knowledge and not out of ignorance, just to denigrate people of high inter gritty!!! Inter gritty WE CAN NEVER match!!!

Listen,every rational person must ponder,for a country that has had independence for 57 yrs and can't build motorable roads to link its few major cities?, yet is able to pay judgement debts for works not done. It is nothing but a scheme to "create , loot and share" period. And come to think of it, Konadu Agyeman was also in it, received $4m for no work done. Simply put, Rawlings and his NDC party is a party that is up to no good, but formed to benefit a few bandits. The welfare of the counrty and the people is not and has never been part of their agenda, and will never be. Remove Afari Gyan so that he can't steal elections anymore. Come to think of it, Show me the achievements of Rawlings and his NDC bandits for the 30 yrs that they have been in power, none. So a simply road linking two major cities has not been built in 57 yrs, a distance of about 168 miles. It is shameful, yet their propaganda never stops.
