  The winner Takes All Sysytem Must be Abolished.
  
  The Emperiral Presidency Must be discarded.
  
  Coalition form of Government Need to be enshrined in the Constitution to solve the Unnecessary Tensions surrounding elections.
  
  Regional government and Regional Parliaments like that of England and Wales, Scottland and Northen Ireland, or that of the various German States Must be established to accelerate infrastructural Development and National advancement.
  
  Curtail the power of the Election Commision, and elevate the National Identification Office to High Levels to do the election Registration exercise as done in Western Europe.
  
  The electoral Commission should only do the supervision and counting as practiced in Europe.
  
  Abolish the Run-Off elections to Open competition and strenthing the political Parties.
  
  DCEs and Regional Ministers Must be Elected directly by the people in oder for them to be accountable to the people without presidential influence.
  
  Parliament Must have a Second chamber to Serve as a watch dog to the lower Parliament.
