  Massa, as a trained teacher wasting my energy in Canada, this is one of the reasons why i want to come back home. But looking at the realities and over politicization of our educational system, it is killing me and honestly, scaring me.In Tamale, there is a professional contractor on people teachers. You don't have to be any certificate holder am told, you only need to give him some amount of money, agree to let him take 3 months of your salary, and give him some percentage of your salary every month, then you are a people teacher. I am told he was arrested and released and he is back with more "vim" on that. If you are a teacher and try to report him or somebody like that, your supervisor will transfer you to a remote village for trying to block his food.These contractors am told have their connections in Accra, Tamale is even beneath them. This is not a hidden secrete, yet nobody does anything about it. Thanks for your piece,waiting to hear what you will say next.

  This a useless who are people teaching in private school here in Ghana. Hmmm people start as pupil teachers but are doing better than all the professional teachers. Best Teacher in a district know was once a pupil teacher
