  That picture of the Ghana Water Company Head Office looks ugly. Why can't the company do some renovations to make that Head Office look like human beings work there? Why do we Ghanaians lack the culture of maintenance so much? All buildings should receive some renovation at least every 10 to 15 years. By so doing can prevent the frequent fires and collapsing of buildings.
