Recent events especially the demonstration in Kumasi show that there are competent capable NPP youth who do not hesitate to do the right thing , strategies and planning on scale almost as perfect as a war effort yet remain humble and real down to earth. These so called elders including Nana Addo underestimated these youth and the brain power they have , maybe its time to give way and allow some of these unknown worthy men /women to come forward and lead. we know many of the youth today have been brainwashed by the NDC propaganda into stupidity so do not see the truth. have you ever asked yourself why is it that when they hear the call WE AKANS they go into a stupefied frenzy of hate ? why is it that Akans are now very cautious of even saying who they are and where they are from , why is it that its only the Akans who believed in the melting pot of Ghana and disregarded their diversities . why is it that today in the ministries most traumatized Akans especially the Fantis and Nzemas will only speak Ga or English yet ewes , northerners and others can freely converse in their mother tongue ? Talk about aggressive tribalism and where its coming from , why is this govt and their minority groups continuously trying to marginalize the Akans and undermine every effort at development since the time of Kotoka . Yes its all about the worst kind of tribalism , hegemony , chauvinism , buga buga , propaganda lies and destructive corruption. We must fight even though we shall be branded mad men , cocaine dealers , drug barons and any other personality or character assassination they can think of . We must not allow them to break our spirit with this deliberate agenda to create poverty , divide and rule , no law or justice for the Akan . We must like it or not seriously consider seceding and forming our own state without these Ewes , Northerners and Gas as that way we leave a legacy and better future for our children . No point in having a country and govt that seems to do well only in making our people miserable and poor , that gives our gold fields to enemies who will never invest a single dollar into our economy but rather do everything to weaken our economies to the point were self reliance is impossible . They do this under the guise of proper business that makes the World bank , IMF and European union happy but we need a Mugabe or Chavez who will look out for the interests of our own people FIRST.

Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Akufo Addo lost two conservative periods because of that nonsense of Ashanti faction that all started with half deformed face K4. This is man harbors the same aspirations as you do. How many times have you advocated a separate country for your people- the Ewe ? Many times I can remember. I think Federalism or delegation of more political and administrative responsibility to elected leaders in the regions will lead to more accountability. Why should someone in Accra with no emotional attachment to my region and devoid of any knowledge of my needs, lead me ? I think Ghana's constitution is flawed in that there is just too much power vested in the presidency. That is to be expected when a bunch of revolutionaries spearhead the re-instatement of constitutional rule. An honest review and pragmatic amendments are definitely past due.

looking at the Age of Akuffu Addo there is noway he can run for another 4yrs term even if he got the Mandate and become president .

so if Akuffu Addo himself is not a decoy to Cage and destroy the Party (NPP) fortunes today and in future why cant he give way to others if he love the Party ?

In 2008 and 2012, Nana got the flagbearership to raise money for his family and friends to build houses and buy luxury cars, meanwhile up to now party polling agent money have not been paid, the mother party too has been sadled with over 5 million dollars in debt. What are the real intentions of Nana? Ken,Is it to use our mandate to raise money for his bootlickers to squander? So maybe the others too has seen the opportunity to use the contest to raise money for their family and friends. what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Until we can get account for the money Nana collected as the flagbearer and how it was spent, more business men will go for the franchise to make money. Its only a fool who keep doing the same thing and hoping for diferent results. Nana shall however win this contest because most of you will not want to ask hard questions. What we have to stat fighting for is the management of the campaign so that it does not become business as usual. What is the haste for the primaries, what is he afraid of? Ken get some money for him to do a long period campaign and good adrenalin shot because it looks like there will be a run for the money, the party is not going to sit back this time, so nobody will be allowed to use it for making money for family and friends.As for the power we are going for it with or without him. What are your intentions and motivations Ken? sometimes I wonder, anyway I will passby, I like your fire though.

I cannot believe that Ken would be considering the democratic contest that any candidate presents to others for the Flagbearership as some 'Evil' design to deny anyone the position.

How then would the competition be democratic? The Game is to exclude everyone else from winning. Unless anyone is flouting the regulations to cheat for the position, I do not see the evil in their bid.

What comes close to evil is the premature tacit declaration of any one person as the Flagbearer before the Elections. We all know how someone (if Ken would not mention names, I withhold naming anyone, too) has ever since the end of the Supreme Court Appeal for reversing the last Elections, been paraded around the Country and even abroad as the de factor Flagbearer of the NPP. There have various Articles authored by prominent entities to even petition the NPP to accord a certain pseudo-Ambassadorial status to this person, all to set him apart from the group of NPP Presidential aspirants as the one the Party endorses for the Presidency. If that is not evil, then the mere picking up of forms to declare one's intention to run is almost a glorified sanctity.

No one is divinely ordained to be the NPPs or NDCs or CPPs or PPPs Presidential candidate period. If your preferred candidate is so qualified that his merits speak for themselves, why bother if anyone else challenges him within the confines of the Party regulations?

It is a shame that the Party that claims to be most democratic would be tainted by such sentiments as this from any of its leaders.
