  These guys are just wasting every Ghanaians time, giving everything away to the lebanese for God knows what. We are engulfed on filth. Who has stopped you from ensuring Accra is clean? After living in the USA many years, Do you need to travel to US before you know your responsibilities? So many office blocks and mansions are springing up daily yet you can't even collect property rate. This AMA should be lending money to govt for developmental projects if we had a good mayor. John Mahama is keeping all the corrupt, wrong guys around him and that is why hisgovt is failing.

  It is time, the NDC and other political parties allow Dr Okoe Vanderpuiye and his AMA team to work with the said bye laws, and we shall see if they do good work or not.
  
  In Nkrumah's time bye laws of the city council worked effectively because it was a dictatorial government that made sure every bye law policy is implemented without any stupid hinderances by any political parties of hatred and enemies of develpoment and progress.
  
  Today the major problem of AMA is the political parties of both sides display of stupidity of interfering in the works of AMA hence people could not see the good works of Vanderpuiye and his group.
  
  This interference had created a bad picture like the mayor and his team are not performing. The same thing happened to Agyiri Blankson of the NPP under Kufour as he was pushed to the corner by Kufour due to political interferences hence although he started well with the dicongestion of the Accra Business Centre he achieved nothing.
  
  This is why Vanderpuiye is voicing out his displeasure of the political interference of his work in relation to the implementation of the AMA bye laws.
  
  In natural sense it is only the implementation of the AMA bye laws that could make things work properly the way we all want to see it, except there is hatred in the system towards them, then we can not expect any good works.
  
  If I were you guys, at this stage I would not criticise their trip cum their return, but instead I would welcome them and give them the needed moral and psycological support with the call that we are all looking up to them.
  
  We can therefore motivate as well as expect AMA to discharge their expected duties, while at the same time asking the politiucal parties to stop causing interferences in the activities of AMA's work and its impementation of the bye laws which could enable their work to be appreciated by all.
