GHANA'S HOPELESS ECONOMIC SITUATION, TODAY, IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. NDC HAS OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES IN OUR HISTORY INCLUDING CRUDE OIL & STEALTH TAXES. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED THE BIGGEST LOANS IN OUR HISTORY. IF THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS AND THE ECONOMY IS IN SHAMBLES, THEN,THEY MUST BE PROSECUTED. THEY MUST GIVE THE MONEYS BACK TO THE TREASURY. WE DO NOT NEED ANY ECONOMIC FORUM. SET UP A COURT IMMEDIATELY. IT HAPPENED IN THAILAND RECENTLY, PRIME MINISTER YINGLUCK SHINAWATRA WAS REMOVED BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT FOR ABUSING POWER. LOOK AT GHANA, EMBRAER PLANE SCANDAL, STX KOREA, SUBAH, GYEEDA, WOYOMI, ISOFOTON, WATERVILLE, AFRICA AUTOMOBILE, CP, SADA, FORTIZ/MERCHANT BANK, AKONFEM AND A HOST OF OTHER DODGY JUDGEMENT DEBT PAYMENTS. BUYING VOTES WITH CASH, LAND CRUISERS & LAPTOPS JUST TO WIN ELECTIONS. WHY NDC?????? WHY??? OUR SUPREME COURT COULD NOT HELP BUT DESCRIBED IT AS "ALLIANCE TO CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE" WHAT A SHAME? ?? Is it the same anonymous lawyer (and this is must the first time a lawyer is not proud to be credited with his professional opinion) who advised that the petitions change the NPP original claim that the EC and Mahama had connived to reduce Nana Addo's votes and give it to Mahama, for lack of evidence and rely on anomalies on the pink sheets and administerative flaws to reverse the results in favour of Nana Addo by millions of votes that cannot be proven as his. Lies will always catch up with you even if they sound convincing initially logic will defeat - Dead on Analysis (DEA).

Is this not the same Gabby who suggested that NPP abandon its constitution for a top-down selection of National, regional, constituency executives and polling station executives to ensure that only loyalists of the Presidential Candidate. Did he consult Mr. Anonymous Lawyer on that to.

Is this not the same Gabby who brought in a US company to develop a fake software for Results Monitoring of election 2012, which ceased to function soon after results started trickling in. Did he consult Mr. Anonymous Lawyer for a legal opinion on the enforcement of the contract or was it a Woyome-type contract - unwritten and unenforceable create, loot and share.

No I am surprised that the NPP still tolerate this newspaperman and pundit with no known prior employment record, who be virtue of being Nana Addo's cousin and external harddrive, has become the one-man godfather and think-thank of the historic NPP party which boosts of solid intellectual cowards who fought against Nkrumah and Rawlings but a scared of rendering their honest opinions against one tin-god and his family and friends. Hurricane NADA will surely be over, one December day pretty soon - if not a 6th, then a 7th.

Let the case arrive so that it would be feed to legal dogs and finally be thrown outside the court room. I use to say if you kill and even people see you tied the head of the victim to your waist dancing to the tone of 'agbaja' a lawyer would give you confident that your case is cold chop.

NPP's constitution cannot be at variance with the national constitution. That if a party feels aggrieved he cannot go to court unless all the internal structures has failed. How?

The government should appoint appropriate people -Tell your boss former Minister of Tourism, Zita Sabah Okaikoi who was initially penciled to become Ghana’s High Commissioner to South Africa, going to the Czech Republic that the media are going to meet her upon her return from America for trying to sell Ghana Supply Commission property at Ridge for GHS 80,000.00 for less than its value to FIRST BANK and commissioned an a valuer to value the same property for GHS 79,000.00.
Meanwhile, Four properties belonging to the company was charged for Ghs 4000.00 by a GENUINE valuer.

She had also refused to hand over CEO duties to the new person appointed by the president of Ghana, hence all production are stand still until whenever SHE returns and chooses to handover. How can one person HIJACK a whole Ghanaian company? It is SELFISH or what?
How can this person be fit to represent and serve mother Ghana at the Czech Republic when she is just so incompetent vindictive and milking Ghanaian taxpayers money without accountability. From what we hear she just want to collapse Ghana Supply Company.

May be Zita should leave the government job and run her Z Bar Restaurant and lounge business. PERIOD.
