  With just a year left for us to achieve the United Nations Millenium Development Goals there is growing irritation amongst concerned citizens and stakeholders on the lack of information from the President and the MPs (representatives) on how we have fared so far.
  
  The government must provide the needed information as soon as possible.

  People may still see you operating the machine and that's even more embarrassing.
  
  In a pharmacy, only the salesperson knows that you're buying a condom. Other people who see you entering or exiting the drugstore might think you went in to buy drugs/medicines. For the condom-vending machine, anybody seeing you moving towards, operating or exiting from it knows that you went in solely for condoms.
  
  Or are the machines located in hidden points or must people only use them at midnight?

  yes indeed the devil did promised that he would do whatever possible to mislead the servants of Allah (God)into doing evil to the extent that they would follow him into hell which Allah has created for him(satan). A lot of things are happening including parents putting their daughters to contraceptives before they go to SHS due to lack of trust that these girls would not become pregnant in school. come to think of it ,the license has also being given to these girls and their boy friends including their unscrupulous teachers to indulge in illegal sex at will. the God of the old is still the God of today and what do we expect of Him by way of punishment if that is what He did to our predecessors. I weep for humanity for making illegality legal.
