Wanted to travel with some friends in Europe to Ghana who after the world cup display by black stars wanted to come on holiday. Upon second thought I think they have to visit another country. I wont bring them.

He said preliminary investigations revealed that the robber broke into the boys quarters, tied the hands of the two ladies who were sleeping half naked in the same room around 1400 hours and subsequently raped one.

DSP Yembilla said after the act, he ordered the victim to call Mr. Akrofi to tell him that her sister was seriously sick.

This lured Mr. Akrofi to open his door to attend to his sick granddaughter only to be confronted by the masked man.

DSP Yembilla said the girls were locked in the place of convenience by the masked man and heard a gunshot after exchange of words between their grandfather and the robber.

Late Akrofi shouted for help after the masked man had left him to his fate.

I had to cancel my flight just last week upon realizing that there's going to be fuel shortage. My palm oil milling factory which is located in a village needs fuel to power the machines always and my new machines which arrived in Ghana 2 wks ago can't get fuel. What I mean to say is that, everything has collapsed in Ghana. Food security, fuel security, health security, security to lives and property, all sorts of security for our people hangs in the balance and yet we've got people doing propaganda with the economy. Me and my partners are looking at considering moving somewhere in other countries. We'll all take a decision one day

this is horrified. For somebody unknown to just walk to your house and kill you .What are we doing about this crime against humanity? This could happen to anybody. WAKE UP .BE VIGILANT.PROTECTION IN GHANA IS JUST NOT THERE.

Armed robbers do not kill like that. They ransack homes and steal expensive stuff that they go on to sell. They do not go for sex. They have women behind them and sex would be the last thing on their mind. Come on, BNI or the CID please get these ideas and propagate on them.Definitely it must not be Armed Robbers. This is pure assassination and possibly the couple of guys were paid to eliminate Mr Hayford Akrofi.
How can He Rest In Peace with this kind of death?. He lies there a very disturbed soul. May God Almighty strengthen his family to bear this bad situation up.

Bro. Mike, I am very proud of you and your partners, I wish you great success, please don't be discouraged, Ghana needs people like you to motivate and employ the young people.

Ghana is still one of the safest countries in the world, most of the Ghanaian police personnel on duty are unarmed, Ghanaians regularly make citizen's arrest, etc. I have lived in the US for most of my life, specifically NYC, and I can tell the world that I feel a million times safer in Ghana, than I have ever felt in my entire life.

I am on the ground in Ghana now and I absolutely LOVEIT, I have no intention of leaving Ghana at all, who wants to leave they can do so, who wants to criticize they are free to do so, who wants to stay away they can do so, but as for me? I'm anchored in paradise/Ghana.

Comrade Akrofi, my beloved CPP brother, we will continue working to improve the lives of our people on the African Continent, and we will continue to build the CPP for the people's benefit. Tell Osagyefo that we are on the case and we will NEVER SURRENDER!
