LOOK AT GHANA, EMBRAER PLANE SCANDAL, STX KOREA, SUBAH, GYEEDA, WOYOMI, ISOFOTON, WATERVILLE, AFRICA AUTOMOBILE, CP, SADA, FORTIZ/MERCHANT BANK, AKONFEM AND A HOST OF OTHER DODGY JUDGEMENT DEBT PAYMENTS. My late Uncle used to say: "Listen to what I'm saying, before you call me a 'fool'". That is exactly what the sitting Judge has done; he has patiently listened to all the contradictions and senseless logics of a fool who believes all others could be more foolish, to make him a 'wise'man.

A dangerous aspect could be, however, that some powers that be, are choking the Judge, allowing him no breath, and causing the case to drag till thy kingdom come

if you were not criminal houbouring gangster- why should you in the process of aquaring the funds opening some offices? if you were genuine fund raiser all those officer and Partners suposed to be in place , why do you freshly open them just to acquare loans to finance Government of Ghana Project? this is rearly false pretence to defraud because the logistics were not in place . and government of Ghana cannot be responsible for trying to put something in place for your business

All these politicians have their plans to ruin our country. They all (both NDC & NPP) have their share in it.
This trail will continue and nothing will be done to Woyome.
Can you believe somebody sold alone the country's drill ship and all the monies cannot be traced? That is what politicians do . GOD SAVE GHANA.

I must say that Woyome's legal counsel is not offering effective counsel in my estimation. Prior to opening up the defense of the day they should have asked the government to provide document that would show money transfers from the Bank of Austria relative to the projects at Sogakofe, Begoro and Gushiegu or the lack thereof to establish a precedent for Woyome following existing practices and procedures.
Unfortunately, as Gen Mosquito of the NDC eloquently explained this morning, those of the NPP stripe have not seen logical thought process and or wisdom they will not argue against because they have none to talk about or to offer. To NPP fanatics and zealots, everyone in Ghana is bad except for card carrying members of the NPP. Anyone in Ghana or the Diaspora who has not, as of date, understood that Kufour screwed the long standing open bid process we had in Ghana to enrich himself and his cronies with particular reference to the stadia renovation project ought to hang it up trying to think. It was simply a display of arrogance, impudence and incompetence rolled in one to make for the Kufour style and he surely did get away with; there were just as many fools watching but nothing they could do to stop a poorly written constitution that handed over absolute power to the presidency and pays for parliament to act like yellow belly cowardly peacocks only ready to strut their feathers in impotent fashion.
