In fact he identified two high profile projects for the ministry of health that benefited from similar[same] arrangement by him and through the same bank [Bank Austria] and this was successfully completed and the projects are servicing Ghana as we debate here. Unless you have any other evidence criminalizing him for what he did on this particular arrangement, I do not think the GOG has a case here. He had the authority to do what he did by a GOG responsible authority and did it as he was instructed. I think somebody[from Gov] knowing how much money he[Woyome] could make as profit decided to stab him[woyome] on the back so he/she[in gov]can also do the same. This is a political fight not a court criminal case in my opinion.

In the content of the posting, while the letter of introduction stated Woyome was not a government representative, the proceeds from the negotiations between Woyome and the banks, once presented to GoG agencies and was accepted via a process becomes legal and binding. In the legal processes there is something known as precedent and Woyome proved what he had done in the name of Ghana and not you, and or haters of Woyome can counter precedence.

Whatever financial engineering Wayome did, was to help Vamed & Waterville secure the funds to deliver a “turn-key” project (the stadia) to the Ghana Govt. The Governments liability would have arisen when the projects were completed and Vamed/Watterville had to be paid.
Any introductory letters from any Government department intended to assist Wayome in the quest for funds, could in no way be construed as a contract between Wayome and the Ghana Govt especially when it stated that any arrangements Wayome made, was not binding on the Govt.
It is pertinent to note that when Vamed/Watterville were paid for the work they had actually done on the stadia, they in turn paid Wayome for his services, thereby confirming conclusively where the liability actually lay.
Attempts by Wayome to build a contractual relation with the Ghana Govt is patently spurious and he only got the so called judgement debt through the incompetence or active connivance of the state officials who were supposed to be acting on our behalf.

Instead of you being bothered by our shame for being labeled to be beyond poor because of mismanagement you choose to reserve your anger where it should not. Those who are too hung up on a contract between Woyome and GoG should explain how contracts come about between GoG or its entities and a private person in Ghana via the procurement process? In the stadia renovation packet, Woyome’s submittals was selected upon closing of the bid process as winner by the Procurement Board. What is hard for most of you to get is that once the bid process is closed and a winner, be it provisional or definitive, is declared no one should have the authority to usurp the process, but Kufour did as the all powerful president of Ghana without clothes.
Once Woyome's effort was accepted through the bid process he was then to provide financing/funding for the just won renovation process which he was doing. To do so he was given a letter that introduced him to banking and financial interest even while he was not acting on behalf of government. Now how the hell would Woyome be negotiating for those certificates of funding if he was not chosen and given the go-ahead by the board? All you haters pretending to give a darn about Ghana can jump into the sea for all I care. You have allowed the tribal leaders of Ghana, J.J. Rawlings, J.A Kufour, J. Atta-Mills and John Mahama to destroy this country but love them because of your tribal preferences. Woyome did what is required by a process we setup as a nation for our bids.

Please provide the contract that was signed before the building of the stadia. Letters are not binding contracts. Forgeries or letters after the effect are not admissible. The previous Govt. had no contract with this con man.
If Woyome had to pay 1m $ for engaging the services of another company for financial syndicating, why would government refuse to pay him when they know and approve of his efforts in the form of a contract?
