do you know him personally? He is he not a product of the university of Ghana? I once heard him on TV saying when he was at the ghana law school with the late kwablah dumor.......
THE CONSTITUTION REFLECTS THE EXPERIENCE OF GHANAIANS. A THEORETICAL INTERPRETATION MISSES THE POINT. DR AMPAW HAS LOST THE POINT AND SHOULD BE IGNORED. THERE WERE GOOD REASONS WHY MEMBERS OF THE COUNSEL OF STATE AND THE LEGA ...

If my memory serves me right, Ghana Bar Association boycotted the consultative assembly which drafted the constitution. These nations wreckers alone are to blame for what DR. Ampaw had complained about.
I thought there were enough 31DWM and P/WDC representatives on the Consultative Assembly to offset the GBA boycott.
I can still recall his jaundiced analysis of the supreme court proceedings. He could not even pretend to be professional

The chief justice is not above the laws of the land.He or she should be removed if found incompetent and corrupt.

She is ineffective and has lost her authority over the judicial service in all aspects.
If the framers of the constitution had Atuguba in mind when they made it easy to remove the CJ, then they should be prepared to face Ghanaians.
For the past 30 years, what has changed in the judicial system? Is the position of CJ less secure than it was in the 80s?. All this nuisance
Well spoken Dr. Ampaw. i always love to listen to your inspired thoughts full of wisdom. God bless u Dr. Ampaw. Keep it up.
