  Promises, promises and promises. He may not sometimes have the benefit of silence but the rate at which pledges and promises come from him is alarming. He must be careful not to lose face in the sub-region as he's done in Ghana as a result of promises he's made which he hasn't got a clue of how to fulfil them.
