THIS IS THE GOVERNMENT THAT PAYS MR. WOYOME OVER ghC51,000,000.00 FOR NO WORK DONE. GO FIGURE. WHERE ARE THE MR. KNOW ALL KOFI WAYO, KWESI PRATT AND ALLOTEY JACOBS. NOW THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS LOAN OVER $50,000,000.00 TO BUILD HIGH SCHOOLS. HIGH SCHOOLS HAVE BEEN BUILT BY PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS LIKE CHURCHES AND INDIVIDUALS. THE WORLD BANK SHOULD BUILD THE SCHOOLS AND HAND THEM OVER TO THE GOVERNMENT, OTHERWISE, NDC WOULD BE USING THESE MONIES FOR THEIR ELECTIOONERING CAMPAIGN. WORL BANK, IF YOU GIVE THIS MONEY TO THE NDC GOVERNMENT, GHANAIANS ARE NOT GOING TO PAY. WHERE ARE YOU MR. WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE AN OIL REFINERY, YET WE HAVE CONVENIENTLY FORGOTTEN THAT SUCH A REFINERY BADLY NEEDS TO BE RETROFITTED AND EXPANDED TO ADD VALUE TO OUR DERISORY 3% CRUDE OIL HAND-OUT FROM TULLOW OIL.

THE SAME APPLIES TO ALL OUR NATURAL RESOURCES, YET WE ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT BUDGET DEFICITS, ALWAYS GOING CAP-IN-HAND BEGGING EVERY TOM, DICK AND HARRY FOR LOANS INDISCRIMINATELY.
