Am I missing something here? I thought SADA was set up to contribute to the development of Ghana NOT Ghanaians contributing to the development of SADA. Is SADA an end we want to achieve or the development of the country?

I think SADA should be a facilitator of programs to lift the North out of poverty and not to involve itself in projects.

They can give technical assistance to farmers, help them secure credit and equipment.

Why only Tamale? When the whole nation frequently experiences dumsor-dumsor?
In my candid opinion, the president is blatantly discriminating against the millions of Ghanaian s who don't have access to PV system.

Please bring in the Germans - Siemens to start installing rooftop PVs in our homes, schools, churches, mosques, and hospitals. Why only Tamale, sir?

Two days ago, this SAME project was reported to cost $117million.Today, the SAME project is to cost $ 120 million
