  Wow, such a grade is like telling Ghana, that it`s useless, irresponsible and incabable of any planing, budgeting, etc.. To say it the ghanaian way: Ghana is "bullu-bullu"!

  Very simply put, when you have a country ruled by bandits who are hell bent on "create, loot and share" that is what happens. Ghana is a failed state and it's NDC creation.

  GCB, they are useless. Poor customer service, no competitive edge, complacency and general negative work ethic. Just go to any of their offices in Ghana for your own evaluation. When I visited Ghana, I was so scared I had so much money on me. Unfortunately I was never able to get to the point of opening a simple account. Their staff appear to lengthy and unreasonable chats with friends or realtives to the neglect of customers - poor, very poor customer service and unprofessional attitudes.
