I also do recall these battery of public officials present a the sitting promising to take steps to reover the the taxes owing.
Of course, I can also vividly recall the represetative of AAL giving the c`tte a flimsy excuse as to why this IMP[Hijiazi] did not put in a personal appearance that day.
And can you believe the level of impudence being displayed by this 'transplant' before a duly consitituted commission headed by an Appeal Court Judge?

The fact is this man is a criminal because if the debt owed him was fully paid then he had to pay taxes. How could such interest accrue and he refuses to pay tax. If the bank gives loans to companies, and these banks pay govt taxes n the note rest made, then really this broni Pete must pay tax. If our GRA was up and doing? They would not even wait but give this guy a demand letter failing for which he has to be prosecuted. If we don't know how to do this, let's learn from BRAZIL and even South Africa. Is it that the majority of the lawyers there are incompetent or that their actions are intentional, specifically carried out in order to have the judgement debts paid, perhaps in return for kickbacks from the recipients of the judgement debts? How is it that no one has ever been sanctioned in the A-G's office for causing financial loss to the state for not showing up in court for example, when they were expected to ? How much could have been saved if that office was functioning effectively and proactively....
