  Let's call in the Engineers to draw up a COPNSTITUTION for us then.The 1992 constitution IS a PRESIDENTIAL DICTATORSHIP!!!!!!!!!!
  So far, the ONLY thing we do well are....Corruption,NO-Accountability,NO-transparency and CONNIVING to STEAL the Nation!!!!!!!

  I have been always been concerned with us as Ghanaians that we talk and talk, discuss and discuss but fail to take action. When are we going to take action for the betterment of our country and stop too many discussions and talk and just talk. Take a lesson from Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's slogan: "Self Government Now" that means let us get it done now rather than Dankwa's slogan "Let us move slowly". (This is just a thought)Just think about it.

  The Executive wants to hijack the amendment process by the issuing of a white paper to as it were, dictate what they would prefer to see amended and the wording, the very essence and meaning of those amendments, to reflect their position without recourse to the very explicit will of the masses expressed through the review process, and the accepted position that the constitution is a set of ideals and principles deriving it's strength from the sovereignty of the citizenry. Such as reckless position by the Executive bordering on impunity can only be dangerous to our democracy.
