  Agree 100% Mr Seth Sallah. Ghana is lawless, a complete nuisance of a country. The country itself is beautiful but the people are a nuisance. Nothing works. Only a leader who can rule with iron hands cna bring some sanity into Ghana. I am a Ghanaian and I weep everyday for this country which when handed over to the white man will make it a paradise.

  The number of court houses and judges in Ghana are inadequate. The population has ballooned and changes have to be made. The same can be said of the number of police officers and the number of penitentiaries. On a visit to a number of court houses around the country I found the Ghana flag and the Ghana Coat of Arms (Seal) absent. This must change.
  
  Good policing is needed in order for companies to operate effectively. How many detectives has the Ghana police service got and to what extent do they pursue cases? Too many people are being robbed of their toil and sweat. It is important that we increas the police-population ratio.
  
  In many areas especially in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half of the population of the Eastern Region the police is out of reach but the chiefs have been doing their best in ensuring that law and order prevail in these areas. The judiciary must provide these districts with an Appeals court and high courts. The law firms located there must have some work to do.
  
  Looking at salary levels or the per capita income it is apparent that a sizable proportion of the population cannot afford good legal services. The government must therefore provide some subsidies in this regard lest our republic turn into an oligarchy.
  
  Judges deserve good salaries but what would a judge consider virtuous?? Judges must bear in mind that their salaries cannot be more than the productivity of the general public. They must take the GNI per capita of Ghana into account.
  
  How can judges help increase the GDP of Ghana? Judges must be at work by 8am and leave not before 5pm. Many judges go to work at 9 and by 11.30 they close together with their secretaries. Such judges and their secretaries must be moved to other courts.

  Nothing works. You can have all the laws you want but nothing will change simply because the people like the system the way it is!!!!!
  The lands department is useless, their data collection and storage system goes back to medieval times. I cannot even begin to talk about the level of corruption that goes on in that department.
  
  We do not need the police to enforce every aspect of our lives. They are a big part of our woes. They are poorly trained, non-functional semi literates, corrupt to the bone and honestly useless. Ghana has in place every law in the books to regulate social and public conduct in the country. The enforcement of these laws is the biggest problem facing the nation. It appears it is almost impossible to enforce the law because no one is ever prosecuted for any white collar crime in the land called Ghana. No "big man" is ever sent to jail for breaking the law. I am compelled to believe that it is a cultural dilemma. Honestly, the people within the country hardly recognize anything wrong with the system. It is those outside who are quick to point out the deficiencies.

The police in his consistency had been bribe they won't arrest him and his land guards. Nii mensah and his sons are criminals and the laws should deal with them as such
