  The current situation in the country is worse than conditions in the prisons of most developed countries. First fix the economy and stop wasting the overburdened Ghanaian taxpayers money on frivolous activities.

  As the name implies, this is a place where people by one or two reasons find themselves there for wrong doing or not wrong doing. If is wrong doing, then themain function of correctional services is to CORRECT / TRANSFORM such people in order to be good citizens. In some develoved countries these people have everything except that they have been caged, they do learn for various academic degrees etc but in africa particularly Ghana, these people will treated as non-human being. Forgeting that they the right to education, health, privacy etc. Late president of South Africa N.R.Mandela was in prison and he passed his law course and become lawyer. It time the Ghana Prison Services discuss with government for these people in prison allow to have access to education as they will contribute to the nation building.

  Why do you politicize every good intentions of others, this is an NGO using their resources to help ex convicts reintegrate into society, they're not using goverment's resources. Please, let's support them or keep quite.
