  Visit Singapor or Kuching in Sarawak to see what they,ve done with former warehouses along the coastrline. Same could be done with the old Kingsway Rondelle, the fort, old Harbour, all the way towards the lighthouse. Why not? ...

  Once in a while a well-meaning Ghanaian comes up with a bright idea that must be generally supported. A prison is usually not a tourist attraction so people don't know what its insides look like. However if this colonial edifice is to be rehabilitated and converted into a vocational training school for our children, this is one project that should benefit from the Education Loan rather than spending the money on toilet rolls and sanitary pads.
