  I much as I want this MONSTER BEAST a.k.a. Luis Suarez; punished for his constant barbaric behavior; the scene of the CRIME is Mexico and NOT Italy. Therefore, the jurisdiction is also Mexico and NOT Italy. Giorgio Chiellini can sue this MONSTER BEAST a.k.a. Luis Suarez for medical bills inclu. pain and suffering. He also forced this MONSTER BEAST a.k.a. Luis Suarez to take rabbis tests as an embarrassment to Suerez. Other than that; their argument is MOOT.
