And I appeal to you to see how he helped rebuild Rwanda just 20 years after the genocide and the rule of law that is the guiding principle of that nation, and while at it, take a look at the ambitious plan he unrolled for Kigale. Already, Kigale the capital is the cleanest city in Africa hands down.
If Ghana had gone thru what Rwanda had went thru, with million dead bodies in streets and lakes and rivers, we in Ghana will still have not finished cleaning it out let a lone rebuild and turn it into be the cleanest nation.
