  There are some specific fields that we lack the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for Ghanaians to study abroad in these fields. In some instances several people have been sent and not even one of them has returned. If you know very well that you are not prepared to live and work in this country and would therefore not return do not take these scholarships.
  
  The Takoradi Poly Students who were sacked for applying with fake certificates must be prosecuted in a court of competent jurisdiction. Just sacking them is not enough.
  
  Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
  
  Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
  
  Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

  A fashion designer winner who should have stood upright with broad chest to show what she is wearing confidently is rather afraid that she could expose her breast by lifting her right arm so she is covering her breast with her hand which means the bast of her dress is loose. If the winner couldn't get her own dress right how could she sew a perfect dress that will cling the bast of her clients i wonder how she managed to get the award i think the designs of her competitors would have been a disaster.
