  If the Ghana government has not already made any provision for mothers who cannot afford to take care of their children, then I suggest that they consider a law similar to the Baby Moses in the United States.

  If the Ghana government has not already made any provision for mothers who cannot afford to take care of their children, then I suggest that they consider a law similar to the Baby Moses in the United States.
  Instead of killing their babies or dumping them in latrines or gabbage dumps, these mothers should be educated on where to place these babies if they decide they do not want them. They should be given the choice to give them up for adoption or place these babies in a safe location without being prosecuted. In the US, people who do not want their babies can safely leave them at the fire station and walk away without fear of being penalized. Other people would be more than happy to adopt these kids.
  This is not to encourage child abandonment rate but at least it will spare the lives of these innocent babies.

  In a hospital where babies have gone missing many times why are not checking the DNA of these children to,ascertain if they weren't one of the babies who have gone missing?

The social welfare authorities should consider releasing the abandoned baby to them. Esi Denyoh has been using all crude means to steal Rashieda Abdallah's baby with the connivance of a Minister of State at the Presidency.
