when you approved the budget in Parliament for the 50SHS, where was the money to come from? If we have shortfalls in inflows and the government decides to go for a loan to implement approved projects, what is your beef? It would have been okay if it was the NPP that went for loan. Stop this pettiness when you have no evidence but pure speculation that the funds will be misappropriated. Didn't Parliament go through due ptocess in approving the loan? Then what is the essence of the press conference? Sore losers, we cannot accommodate this back door politicking anymore. Put Up or shut up NPP!!! JUST YESTERDAY THIEVES??

Even from NDC's Presidential candidates own mouth they thought the had set up a trap for NPP by running down the znation like they are doing that now by leaving an $8.7 billion Debt for the then NPP government of JAK to service with very limited resource available for Ghana to use to run the nation. Spio then said we all waiting WHERE they are going to get money to run zGhana during their term when Ghana's differs are EMPTY!!!!

Smart JAK proved them wrong: Went HIPC .. Got FREE $$8.7 billion that should have been used to service and pay Ghana's $8.7 billion debt ..used that to develop Ghana for free in the Prior from 2001 - 2009...we got FREE Development from HIPC!!!!!! JAK/NPP took over in 2001 with $8.7 billion Ghana's TOTAL DEBT & left in 2008 (8 years later) with Ghana STILL with $8.8 billion DEBT!!!!!!! ONLY FOOLS!!!!!! Will not RECOGNIZE the SMARTNESSS of that!!!!!!!! What is NOW the TOTAL DEBT of Ghana Jumping from this $8.8 BILLION IN 2009 TO OVER $30-40 billion and still counting right now in 2014 ONLY FOOLS will NOT recignize that we got FREE Development from 2001-2008 under JAK/NPP smartness and left with the same amount of DEBT they Inherited!!!! The hew and cry about this noble project which the IDA is supporting is all about the fact that the success of the project will go a long way to fulfill the Manifesto promise of the ruling NDC government which will in no doubt hamper NPP's quest to win political power come 2016. In view of this all efforts are being made to punch wholes and stifle the start of the noble agenda to improve Secondary School Education. Unfortunately for the NPP they were exposed when they tried to use the Sanitary pad for the young girls who need to be assisted to stay in school. They exposed their ignorance and therefore recoiled and has come back with this distasteful remarks and unscientific analysis of loans and debt servicing.Yes, Ghana may need Ghc 8.4 bn to service loans so shouldn't we develop ? These guys will then turn round and profess they love Ghana. Shame !!!!!.
