Meanwhile, look at the affordability of real estate go up due to: construction increases, decreased availability, and increased demand. Maybe a house designed from an outfitted shipping container would cost less and be ready sooner?

We have population of 25 million, half of the population live in poverty without proper shelter, some of our people live in mud 'oven houses' mainly in the north and bamboo and mud houses everywhere in the country. And to say that your government will construct 10,000 unit houses in 7 years, is the most nonsensical statement from no other person but a visionless president of Ghana. Mr. Mahama, for your information and if history is anything to go by;-Osagyefo Dr.Kwame Nkrumah constructed millions of houses in every corner of the country,-from the south to the north, and the east to the west. Fuel rates have gone up, electricity tariffs have gone up, everything we have here is based to the Dollar.
If our economists KNOW how to handle the economy, we wouldn’t be in this doldrums of a stinky economy
