  The President of the Republic of Ghana CPP/NPP/NDC has every right to compulsorily acquire any land in Ghana for the interest of the nation provided compensations are paid. Period. Go back to Statutes.

  We have traditions in Ghana which need to be followed. We are not in America. The land in question belongs to the Agbawe family of La so the government should not go there.

  That land is suitable for recreational and eco garden. Expensive cities had numerous parks and gardens all over.Just visit London alone and see.

  After selling almost entire sorroundings and even double selling, they have almost nothing to show. They invested the money into women (double marriage, extra~ marrital affairs) , unnecessary celebrations, vehicles and so on.
  They illegally sold portions of this area and when the government demolished all developed or developing structures, these never replace the land or repay the monies to affected individuals.
  You'll be shock seeing conditions of some of these people.
  I'll soon contact the government and the GCAA to evaluate aviation concerns. When all is done, I'll develop recreation park and donate to the community.
