    Well, if he paid any debt officially on behalf of the party and has to be reimbursed, then he has every right to use part of the monies owed as his filing fees.

    The donation is in the nature of a gift and in law when you give a gift you cannot ask for it back or be credited in lieu of it. He has shown that he does not have the brains to be a leader, end of story.

    There is no case here. Basically,Ameyaw did not donated the money to NPP but rather lent it to NPP. Ghanaians must be coherent to what they write/read.
