Well, if he paid any debt officially on behalf of the party and has to be reimbursed, then he has every right to use part of the monies owed as his filing fees.

Look, I would wish all those seeking to have the gentleman disqualified to make life easy for them and their preferred candidate,would put their moneywhere their mouth is, and help pay off the party`s debt to this one individual!
Did we not see a similar situation at the SC, when P.C Appiah Ofori had to come to the rescue of Sir John and others,by paying the monetary fines imposed on them by the court? With all these people who walk around, and conduct themselves as though they own the NPP,why is that 'outsiders' have to always come to the rescue of the party of the well-heeled, to save it from public embarassment? If I were in Osei Ameyaw`s shoes, I would have to insist on being paid the arrears immediately, now that some money has flowed into the party`s coffers. I can`t imagine how some of these shameless individuals,describing themselves as party hawks can even muster the courage to raise this matter publicly!
