  First and for most a very big thank you to Send Ghana, for targeting maternal health at this level that is the chps,because people leaving in those communities need more.How can we offer that good and quality services? which I personally think one of the way forward is by motivating staff who are ready to work in the communities, eg is the CHOs and CHNs. motivations like giving them the chance to upgrade themselves but am afraid is rather the opposite, leaders decide on your carrier development,even if a CHO serve a community for 5years. So you see all these contribute to poor delivery of services by staff who are ready and willing to work in the rural areas.they live with them, know their health needs and problem and able to provide good interventions.At least. they should also be giving a priority and an opportunity.
