  If you have few UT and other loan sharks to navigate for loans for your business,you may be taken advantage of and your house as collateral may end up in the hands of the bank as UT had done to many unsuspecting customers. So more banks like the NIB present an alternative routs in terms of humane interest rates that will not bury you in other to lose your house as a collateral but rather allow you to turn a profit. And as you turn profits and grow, the bank grows as well to help others and that collectively creates a healthy economy.
