  Mununkum, what does your position has to do with the article above? Don't let us argue as if we are blind. Partying around the globe is nothing, it does not help Ghanaians in anyway. The article is talking about a laudable poverty intervention program and you are talking about someone's personal enjoyment at the expense of a Colonial master. I will say that at least if not all some Ghanaians are also going to benefit from Government by this program. Anyways, who is the Autocratic Thief in Ghana? Munumkum give me your answer ASAP.

  Of this money about two-thirds of the amount would find it's way into the proverbial black hole.
  What is the breakdown? How much goes to the beneficiaries? Who are the beneficiaries? What electronic method is going to be used? How do we know they have received these electronic and cash transfers?
  How much was disbursed from January to February? Where is the breakdown?
  Ghana should follow closely the money trail because the credibility of the NDC gov't when it comes to finances is next to nothing. They should be made to account for every pesewa fully.
