The NDC has tried and tried to no avail, despite killing "Kalabule" people from AFRC to PNDC days and now the NDC times, but they have not succeeded.
NPP have come to waste 8 years of our time and couldn't also complete projects even though they are hoping to return again???.
The next alternative is PPP. Let us give them the next chance in 2016. They are Progress oriented political Party. Let us hail them.

Kufuor was not perfect. Love him or hate him, there is no leader from the NDC stock(both dead and alive) that can match up to his quality of leadership. In 8 years he was able to transform a HIPC Ghana to a middle-income economy. He introduced many people-centred policies and left Ghana more wealth than was seen from any leader before him and possibly after him.

Clearly, no sensible mind will believe the story that Kufuor sold Ghana, unless you want to play mischief. We are all witnesses to the bad leadership this nation has faced ever since Kufuor left office. So please Sir, don't just throw words about if you yourself do not really understand because some of us are wise. Gradually, the bad leader are being exposed and no propaganda can deceive us this time. No King or Queen or Capitalist is responsible for our difficulties but rather the dishonest intellectuals who have refused to speak the truth because of their parochial interest.

The over concentration of development in Accra and urban centres against the needs of other areas in Ghana is due to the lack of decentralisation. The effect of such policy is that Accra is becoming over populated and creating its own problems by way of filthy streets, uncollected rubbish and ghettos.

The government should speed up the decentralisation programme to decongest Accra so that populations and development would move to other parts of Ghana.

The problem is not the absence of Federalism. It has more to do with our own character that we easily pick up from one another. The lack of personal honesty and integrity is the first place to look. Then, collectively, we lack the requisite quality in our Institutions that could nudge us to fall in line.

Hence, we still have a Police Force that we can hardly feel proud of, and a Judiciary we still maintain high skepticism for its fairness.

If these two Institutions were incorruptible, we could force the MPs, Government Officials and the Executive to fall in line. Our Constitution, which needs some tweaking for best performance, has more than the minimum structural elements to base the legal justification of these two Institutions for performing above par. However, the human elements that determine the level of enforcement
derivable from the Constitution are what sorely lack.

Many of the successful Nations around the World are not Federal. Coming closer home, check the situation in Nigeria. She has always been a Federal State. But what do we see? Nigeria has been grappling with similar problems as we have for almost the same reasons.

Decentralization is an effective substitution for Federalism in Unitary Nations. But even so, the quality of personal character the Nation's Citizens bring to their duties largely directs how much success is attained in that country.

First set out a broad vision on how you want your chiefdoms to look like in the next 5 decades.

Define the broad objectives. Then determine which aspects these "go slow" government will be well suited to support.

Next hold the bull by the horn and venture into private partnership to move development. Investors will be interested in high yielding and fast return on investment ventures and I don't mean "galamsey" type.

Examples include first class roads that can be tolled. Negotiate with government and use your status and networks to get investors to work with you.

Think about sister city projects. The era of taking handshakes in nice regalia should be over. Those don't bring development and again don't trust and rely on these politicians.

Exert your authority and positive influence to turn around your chiefdoms. As a son of the two regions, I believe in our capabilities.

Meet the citizens in the diaspora. The agenda should not be about donations but investment.

Help them set the agenda and mobilize them to invest in their homeland. They are ready and willing. All they need is assurance and commitment. Let's transform our local economies because we have what it takes.

Use you positions to leverage on land issues to boost confidence in investors. Meet your sub chiefs.

I can go on and on but please Your Royal Highnesses please leave a better legacy than you came to meet.

I am prepared to help in the strategy formulation and networking to mobilize people and resources for action.

When you make Kyebi the capital of galamsey because of kickbacks and allowed all those bulldozers on your roads, how won't your roads become death traps? You cannot eat your cake and still have it.

Danquah exposed his elitist ideology brought on by his typical African crab-like character trait that conferred intelligence, wisdom and superiority upon Ghana's rich. It is no coincidence that Danquah and Busia espoused the idea of reserving the rights to rule Ghana in the hands of a few which of course selfishly included those of the Danquah-Busia ideological dimwits.

You should have said this when the NPP was in power. You are fearful people who fear to talk to their people of their wrongs but stupidly and foolishly master courage to talk anyhow to people of other tribes.

Yet any time someone suggests a solution it becomes personal with you lot to blame NPP. So it's still NPP's fault that roads are not being constructed or at least repaired in Ghana. Maybe it is the fault of NPP that your supporters are embarrassing Ghana in Brazil and asking for asylum. The Chief is suggesting that we have to complete a project before we start another one. Are the Kings And Chiefs telling us in these 21st centuary we are still doomsayers to go back to slavery by selling Ghana to the same people our forefathers drove them out during our primitive days?
