  The war is over and life is going on there now. Why will they continue to be refugees in Ghana? UN and Ghana should arrange to repatriate them to prevent this unfortunate situation.

  There's no war going on now so why are they still here?
  The Ivorian economy is in a far better shape than Ghana's economy and can ,therefore, support their returnees.

  For those who still have ligitimate fears of still being prosecuted can still remain here but I think most of these refugees in camps were the ordinary Joes who got caught in the melee through no fault of theirs. So now that Ivory Coast seems even more peaceful than Ghana, why are they still around?
