  maternity leave should be increase for mothers to be able to breastfeed their babies for that six month and again health workers should be considered on the issue of not being able to bring their babies to the health facility ...

  maternity leave should be increase for mothers to be able to breastfeed their babies for that six month and again health workers should be considered on the issue of not being able to bring their babies to the health facility, its true of acquiring infections but something must be done.At least they are preaching the gospel of exclusive breastfeeding but they are not able to practice it.
